Aboard The Palmilla, a 60-foot catamaran, dinner will unfold against the open backdrop of San Diego Bay rather than the walls of a restaurant. Elegant tablescapes and a customizable layout will frame each table, while the bay provides a setting that no private dining room can match.
The Palmilla will offer a distinctive dining experience for you and your guests, whether the evening is an intimate gathering or a larger celebration. The deck layout can be arranged to suit the size and style of your party.
Catering and Course Formats
Flexible catering options will be coordinated to your preferences, from shared plates to coursed meals, with seamless service throughout the charter. The format can be shaped around the pace and style of your evening.

The Bar and Beverage Service
Every dinner charter will include a beer and wine bar as part of the service onboard. With a liquor license in place, the bar will typically serve beer, wine, seltzers, and canned cocktails.
For guests who want a more tailored beverage program, custom craft cocktails will be available through partnerships with mixologists as an add-on.
Atmosphere on the Bay
A calm, stable ride and a thoughtfully designed layout will create an intimate setting ideal for conversation, celebration, and long dinners on the water. As a 60-foot catamaran, The Palmilla provides a smooth, stable platform for the evening.
